Now Streaming – Thousand Autumns ‘White Compass’

Following up from their acclaimed ‘City Of Sun’ EP released early last year, UK alt-metal quintet have just released a new four track EP entitled ‘Chasing Boats’. The Hertfordshire outfit worked alongside Romesh Dodangoda who is well known for his work with Lost Prophets, Bullet For My Valentine & Kids In Glass Houses to name a few expect nothing more than superb production.

Production aside the writing itself on ‘Chasing Boats’ has stepped up to a new level, the expected maturity since ‘City Of Sun’ is obvious. It’s been described as complex and layered yet the band have made it catchy, a difficult feat but one that’s been accomplished and confirms Thousand Autumns level of musicianship. It also makes ‘Chasing Boats’ even more accessible, something that will undoubtedly bring the band the recognition they so rightly deserve.
