Now Streaming – Derision
In honour of the great Bloodstock weekend before us, we took a delve into the line-up and dragged Derision, kicking and screaming to the fore. The band were personally asked by Bloodstock director, Vicky Gregory, to play the Sophie Lancaster Stage at this weekend’s event. Vicky had this to say about the north west English quartet, “Home grown thrash is what the doctor ordered & Derision is certainly that, it grabbed me instantly & this is one of the bands to watch out for in 2012″.
The band who feature Tony Smith (vocals), Eddie White (guitars), John Mellor (drums) and Seddy (bass) released their debut album ‘Ancient’ last year. And because we twisted their arms you can sample two of its tracks, ‘The Ancients’ and ‘Born from Chaos’, streaming below.
